Return Policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better by providing us with your valuable feedback.

 

All orders can be returned/exchanged if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in original condition as shipped.
  • Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 14 days of delivery of the item(s).
  • Returned item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the date the item was delivered.
  • Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions.

You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.

Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week.
